Simple terms for a simple licence.

You can use every feature free for 7 days. After that, a licence is needed to keep using the app.

• A 1-Mac licence is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Portlivo on one Mac at a time.
• A multi-Mac licence is the same, except that you or your organisation may use it on as many Macs at a time as it covers (3 or 5), each using one activation of the key.
• You can move an activation to another Mac with “Deactivate this Mac”.
• The licence is a one-time purchase and includes updates to the current major version.
• You may not resell, share beyond the Macs your licence covers, sublicense, reverse engineer or bypass the licence check, except where the law allows it.

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes and invoices. Prices may change for future purchases; early-bird prices apply only while they are shown.

Portlivo can stop processes, services and containers, and share local servers on the internet when you ask it to. You are responsible for what you stop or share and for any data exposed through a public link.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable but cannot promise it will be error-free or work with every setup.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

We may revoke a licence that was obtained fraudulently, charged back or shared in breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
